Refund Policy
How to ask about a cancellation or refund for a TT Car Rentals rental.
Before you pay
Please confirm the cancellation deadline, any nonrefundable amounts, payment method, and refund terms directly with TT Car Rentals before making a payment. The website does not currently take payments or confirm reservations.
Cancellations and refunds
The rental agreement currently includes both a general no-refunds provision (with a mechanical-failure exception) and a separate cancellation refund schedule. These provisions may conflict. Neither is presented here as a guaranteed refund entitlement. Please ask TT Car Rentals to clarify the applicable written terms for your rental before signing or paying.
Requesting a review
To request a cancellation or refund review, contact TT Car Rentals with your name, rental dates, and any confirmation or payment reference. We will review your request under the agreed rental terms and applicable law. No refund processing timeframe is promised here.
